> **Pros**: From a communication and support perspective, the collaboration has been excellent. I also appreciate the consistent follow-up, clear recommendations, and practical approach of my account manager.
We currently use automations that help us reconnect with users based on their browsing and shopping behavior, keeping communication always relevant.
The account is currently in the final stage of reintegration, and once it is completed, we have already discussed expanding our automation setup with additional flows. We’re discussing of activating new arrivals, price drop notifications, and a product category automation.

> **Pros**: The email editor is intuitive and makes newsletter creation easy to manage. Being able to test campaigns before sending them is also very useful and helps us make sure everything is correct before launch.
We also use pop-ups extensively and create new ones regularly for different promotions, which gives us a lot of flexibility in how we communicate with visitors on the website.
Another feature we have added to our setup is Menura AI. It provides immediate assistance to website visitors and, when it cannot answer something directly, it guides them toward contacting a member of the team. This creates a smoother customer experience and helps visitors feel supported throughout their journey.
The platform also gives us easy access to campaign statistics and order attribution, which helps us understand performance and make better marketing decisions.

Segmentation can also take a little time to load, but we understand that a new and faster segmentation tool is in the works, so we are looking forward to seeing that improvement.

We use the platform both for data management and for regular campaign activities, including Viber messaging and a large number of automated customer journeys.
At this stage, we have approximately 60 automations active in ContactPigeon and rely on QR codes for our offline stores to support offline-to-online engagement. In addition, we are slowly moving forward with a loyalty program built together with ContactPigeon, although it is still not live.
The platform’s ability to support complex workflows, different channels, and customized use cases makes it a valuable part of our marketing operations. The highlight is that the team is always supportive and helps us with our very precise business requirements.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, the segmentation process can sometimes take longer than expected, and list updates may create delays when we need to act fast. Improvements in this area would make the platform even more efficient.

We currently use Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, and survey automations, and we are developing a new flow that will send relevant content after a purchase from a specific product category.
We have also configured our registration pop-up with a dropdown menu, allowing each user to choose the category they are interested in. Subscribers are then added to the relevant list, which makes it easier to send targeted newsletters to different audience groups.
We are now planning additional implementations, including an embedded Recently Viewed pop-up and a Best Sellers automation.
