The team is supportive and always there when we need assistance. The platform has played a key role in boosting our sales and revenue since March 2023. Generally, we are satisfied with the platform and the features that it provides us with, and we want to explore ContactPigeon’s new feature, Menura AI.

We use the platform both for data management and for regular campaign activities, including Viber messaging and a large number of automated customer journeys.&#10;At this stage, we have approximately 60 automations active in ContactPigeon and rely on QR codes for our offline stores to support offline-to-online engagement. In addition, we are slowly moving forward with a loyalty program built together with ContactPigeon, although it is still not live.&#10;The platform’s ability to support complex workflows, different channels, and customized use cases makes it a valuable part of our marketing operations. The highlight is that the team is always supportive and helps us with our very precise business requirements.

We use the platform for campaign sends, automation, customer data, and right now we are preparing our loyalty program. The platform’s capabilities can cover different types of activations for different stages of the funnel, and this is a really important asset in any marketing tool. &#10;At the moment, we have approximately 60 automations running, including transactional flows, cart abandonment, browse abandonment, product recommendations, birthday communications, and other automated touchpoints. Also, the Customer Data Platform helps us work with customer data and supports audience building, personalization, and tracking. We also use QR codes for our physical stores to connect in-store interactions with digital engagement. In addition, we are slowly starting to build a loyalty program with ContactPigeon, even though it is not live yet.

I also appreciate the consistent follow-up, clear recommendations, and practical approach of my account manager.&#10;We currently use automations that help us reconnect with users based on their browsing and shopping behavior, keeping communication always relevant.&#10;The account is currently in the final stage of reintegration, and once it is completed, we have already discussed expanding our automation setup with additional flows. We’re discussing of activating new arrivals, price drop notifications, and a product category automation.
