> **Pros**: The customer/client support is the best of any donor management software. We speak to a real person when we need help with a report or simply trying to achieve whatever the desired result is.  The onboarding training and support is comprehensive and there is tons of ongoing trainings as well so you are getting the most our of your system.

> **Cons**: The aesthetics of the public facing donor pages could use work. I wish we had a little more design control over what the donor pages looks like.
> 
> Overall, we love the platform. It is affordable and meets all thed needs of a small but growing non-profit. We love the reporting features the best.
