> **Pros**: Unified solution - we don't need a call tracking solution and a conversion tracking solution and landing pages and and and.... anymore.  Prismana takes care of everything.&#10;&#10;Easy to use - anyone in my organization can create custom rules to measure any marketing channel they want.&#10;&#10;Simple interface - took a few minutes to figure it all out just by using the tool tips and knowledge base. &#10;&#10; Fast implementation - anyone can be up and running  in hours, not days or weeks.&#10;&#10; Great control and flexibility - Prismana really enabled us the ability to filter out all of the noise and track what really matters, conversions. &#10;&#10;Predictable results - Once you figure out how the system works there are no surprises. Tracking is handled the way you set it up and it just works. They've got a great tester tool in there too so there's zero mistakes on your part.&#10;&#10;Fair pricing - we have the advanced package. It's a bargain considering there is no other nickle/diming going on here. One price, period. &#10;&#10;Great support - the guys over at Prismana are there with you every step of the way so that you are never anxious about if something is done right or not.

> **Cons**: There's no reporting platform (yet) so we are still doing our own reporting through our own systems as we always have been.  They are working on it but it's not ready yet.. &#10;&#10;No API access. They are working on this too but there's no date released on when this will be available. &#10;&#10;Can't track down to the actual keyword for Google AdWords, which isn't a huge deal but if you need this then this solution is not for you. You can easily track down to the ad level or the AdWords group level which is enough for us. &#10;&#10;Phone implementation is the hardest part. Right now, you have to assign a phone number to each channel so that takes a little work on your part. They say they are working on a solution to make this a lot easier so we'll so how that goes.

> **Pros**: While acting as the Sales Operations Manager for a marketing company, we implemented Prismana to supplement our lead tracking efforts.  Immediately we recognized that our existing tracking system was inaccurate, Prismana showed that many times our leads were originating from sources other than we thought they were.  &#10;&#10;What historically would have been classified as a company website direct lead was in actuality a Social Media first touch.  Many times the potential customer would learn of us first through a paid Facebook post, then they would close their browser page and go directly to our website and fill out a form to be contacted by one of our reps.  Without Prismana we would have never known that the client originated through a paid social media campaign, we would have assumed they found us directly through a search on the internet.  We finally could see what our paid social media campaigns were actually doing for us, allowing us to boost or pivot as need be.&#10;&#10;We then made use of Prismana's phone number swap out tracking, which changes the number on the company website to match a phone number specific to our campaign, thus allowing all inbound call traffic to be quantified as a lead from a specific marketing effort.  Prior we would ask the customer how they heard about us, now we didn't need to ask, we knew exactly where they came from.&#10;&#10;There is no doubt in my mind, Prismana is worth every penny.
