> **Cons**: I would like a unified platform.  There are separate logins for Thrive Wallets, PreTax Accounts, and COBRA Administration.

> We have been a client of Thrivepass for over three years and have just renewed for another three years.  Our experience with ThrivePass was great from the first interaction with the sales team.  We had a great implementation team and have had the same Relationship Manager since we launched in 2022.

> **Cons**: The amount is limited to only $500, wish it were more.  I have many things eligible for reimbursement throughout the year, so $500 only covers about a 1/3.

> Experience has gone relatively well.  I like the auto reimbursement feature for my gym membership.  When I submit questions, the answers are delivered timely.
