The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing social media for multiple clients a breeze. The client approval process is one of my favorite features — it’s seamless, straightforward, and saves us so much time compared to other tools. Our clients love how easy it is to review and approve content without any back-and-forth confusion.

Cloud Campaign has become an essential part of our workflow, and I can’t imagine running our social media operations without it.

I need a way to upload cover photos when scheduling content and a way to update the selected cover photo once its been scheduled. There are specific clients we can not put on this platform because we can not yet customize the thumbnail/cover photo.

> I really love this platform and I love the human interaction/assistance that comes with this platform. A HUGE deciding factor for most of my searches on scheduling platforms was if they only have an email customer service, or if I have a contact that can support me when needed.
