> **Pros**: Flex4 OPS is a very powerful tool and we are constantly finding new ways to improve the presentation of our offering. And I only wish I had more time to explore all its possibilities.

> **Cons**: Not being able to create our own or adapt existing content blocks can be a bit frustrating at times.
It is also very frustrating not being able to add more BCC fields to some emails so that admin staff can quickly route external jobs more effectively.
Because we send out such a range of items we need quite a more effective way to handle deliveries that is available at the moment. So we have to rely on manual intervention which can be quite frustrating sometimes.
