> **Pros**: The interface has improved more and more since version 7 and now presents a clear process to allow you to locate and lock down files and emails in order to put together the required data output for legal needs. Both ends of the process work well and most input glitches are usually down to the data quality or type.
> 
> **Cons**: The process can sometimes take a lot longer than other eDiscovery software, although the results are more thorough. This can be frustrating, especially if the upload fails at the last hurdle after hours of processing. More information could be presented while the data is being uploaded.
> 
> EDP allows us to streamline data preservation, keeping only mails required for important projects rather than having to keep entire mailboxes. It also allows us to archive the data with the files whcih are already properly indexed.
