Almost very time the program is updated (About once a month) there is a 3 week period where the system is riddled with bugs. > > This software used to be perfect, it ran smoothly and made my job easier. Now the company keeps updating the software with new features that only introduce new bugs. Programing errors have made this software a chore to use. I only encounter 2 bugs in my use, but there are probably more; Entering in new findings are now bugged and and require resetting the inspection to save, videos don't like to upload and take multiple attempts. I have to deal with the inspection bug every day, and if they fix it something else will get messed up, it's been going on like this for the past 6 months. I can only recommend this software when RSS stops grenading the system every month with an update.
