After enrolling, we learned that certain elements of the agreement we are paying for are not actually possible or supported in the way we were led to believe. We have attempted to resolve these issues directly with the company multiple times, but our outreach has largely gone unanswered. At this point, it feels as though once payment was received, there was little urgency or accountability to address the unresolved implementation issues or provide a reasonable remedy. The most frustrating part is that we are continuing to pay for functionality that does not work as expected and, based on what we have been told, may not be possible under the current platform setup. Despite that, the company has not offered a meaningful reimbursement or resolution. Based on our experience, I would be very cautious before signing an agreement with this provider, especially if your decision depends on specific integrations or capabilities being available. Make sure every requirement is clearly documented in writing before moving forward. > > During the sales process, we were assured that the platform and integration would support the requirements we discussed. However, during implementation, we learned that VAT on our foreign transactions does not flow properly through the NetSuite connector. The company then indicated that the connector simply does not function that way. This is not a minor edge case for our business. Approximately 80% of our transaction volume involves these foreign VAT-related transactions. As a result, the solution may work for roughly 20% of our business, but it does not function for the majority of the use case we purchased it for. Despite this, the company has not provided a workable solution, meaningful support, or a fair commercial remedy for the portion of the service that is not usable. We are effectively paying for functionality that was represented as available but is not operational for the majority of our business. This has been a very frustrating experience, particularly because these requirements were discussed before we entered into the agreement.
