The ease of entering information and the ability to search at a glance have been very good for me. I recently added about 600 books to the database and relied exclusively on Art Galleria to assist in adding the books. My needs do not align exactly with the AG offering but I have found it to be not only adaptable but also efficient in managing the various collections that I oversee. > > **Cons**: Nothing in particular that I don't like although in managing a car collection, I am sometimes challenged to make it "fit". I guess one other comment would be the requirement to add two names for the artist profile. With cars, I am using the manufacturer name so the send name is generally something like "Corporation". > > Customer support has been outstanding and very timely. I have never had a question for which I did not receive a response in 12-18 hours. The versatility of inventoried artwork lets you show only specific artwork when and how you want, but keeps track of all inventory all the time. A clever marketing feature lets you create "private rooms" with a personalized collection of art to send exclusively to certain clients. Designers love this method. Insurance reports and the ability to print artwork cards directly from your inventory are very helpful features. Having every aspect of the gallery business in one place is priceless.
