It has very good audit system and has the flexibility for customization once you know how to create rules for your results. We have been using the software for managing SARS-CoV-2 results and had to develop customised rules for more automated results interpretatiin after posting from analyzers to make it more easy for quick QA reviews without TAT delays for results considering the COVID-19 pandemic. It allows generation of monthly statistics, by test, by department etc. It can be used for inventory management. The software can be remotely managed by administrators meaning they do not need to be on-site to fix problems.
