The system also provides great visibility into spending — we can see what’s being ordered, by whom, and from which vendors, which makes budgeting and approvals much smoother. Lastly, the ability to create recurring product lists for frequently ordered items saves a lot of time. Routine office supply orders can be completed in just a few clicks, which helps keep operations running efficiently. > > **Cons**: When an item is out of stock, the “substitution” feature sometimes picks a replacement that doesn’t match quality or specification. > > Overall, my experience with Order.co has been positive.
