I am just one man doing local residential irrigation. I can easily route all my appointments for the day, week, month, year. I have annual services and can easily schedule using past routes and copy to future visits. There are many options I don't utilize but see value as my business grows. I can easily change routes, see the addresses on a map, client names, assign priority stops, and then send it all to the driver app. I have not encountered any issues that needed support. The monthly fee is nothing compared to the value and ease. This is an entire logistics and transportation program. > > **Cons**: There are so many software programs that offer these same logistical options within larger client service and booking programs. Once my business is big enough to use one of those complete service all-in-one management programs, I probably will not need Optimo. For now it keeps my overhead costs low as I just have to do a little extra work to manually sync with my appointment and client Mgmt program. > > My business wouldn't run nearly as smooth without Optimo Route.
