> **Pros**: Umapped is super easy to use, very intuitive. It created very good-looking itineraries. The customer service team was also super responsive and helpful.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, just creating itineraries wasn't enough for us. We wish it had capabilities for also billing clients, so we didn't have to pair it with another program like Travel Contact. Didn't like that you can inly push itineraries from Travel Contact to Umapped, and not the other way around, as we often create itineraries first, and price them out afterwards. So the functionality for us wasn't great.

> Ultimately, though Umapped is a great program and creates lovely itineraries, and is very easy to use, it wasn't enough for us. We had to pair it with Travel Contact to help with invoicing, which was very cumbersome to use, and we ended up cancelling our membership with both, for another program. However, I will say that it is great value for money, if you're just looking for an itinerary builder.
