> **Pros**: I like the sync with BMC ITSM most. It allows for robust reconciliation with the ITSM suite.  The over all product is pretty polished as well.

> **Cons**: The general layout for a CI in the CMDB is not the most natural way to consume the data.  It is a little convoluted when looking at a CI to see all the relationships easily

> Honestly we didn't see a huge ROI on this.  Perhaps it was never implemented correctly but it always struggled to show the information that was most important to us.
