> **Pros**: What I enjoyed about Qminder was the ability to see who was waiting and how long. Qminder had helped while I worked registration to know who was waiting to be registered for a test or arrived for a scheduled test. I, also, enjoyed being able to see how many I serviced in a day.

> **Cons**: What I did not like about Qminder is nothing. I enjoyed everything about this program as it made the job easier to be able to properly service those coming in for scheduled test or outpatient testing.
