Initially, emclient support replied and asked very low level questions to determine how I was using emClient. When it became obvious that I knew more than their support staff, they stopped responding to my requests for help. Sending the same email through the Outlook web portal works fine. Sending the same email through the iOS emclient app works fine. Disabling Windows Defender firewall and antivirus doesn't help. I think this is a bug that they are unable or unwilling to tackle because only a small number of users are complaining and it is easier for them to lose a few customers than it is to fix the problem. > > No longer willing to deal with a company that cannot assemble a team to follow up on reported fatal flaws.
