> **Pros**: Exalate has made it really easy for our support and technical team to work together. We use it to connect Zendesk and Jira, so when customers report issues, the ticket can be passed to the right team without all the manual follow-up. This is especially helpful when we receive tickets about platform issues, as the process is much smoother and faster. So, our time to solve customer issues is less and we can overall seem more reliable.

For example, when something changes on the Salesforce side, the relevant information can be passed to Jira automatically. It makes collaboration between teams much smoother.

> **Cons**: There is learning curve when setting up more advanced synchronization rules, but once everything is configured, it runs smoothly.
