> **Pros**: Onsip is very user friendly and the customer service is great. You can call support and actually talk to a person in the USA. The online portal is user freindly also.

> **Pros**: It works consistently, this is critical of any communications tool. You can setup and forget and when you have need of another feature it is fairly simple to implement. If you have any trouble the tech support personnel are outstanding and patient.
