It Does What I Need

Comments: Overall it does what I want, the ability to use my own PDF and make a form out of it.

Pros:

It has the feature I was looking for! It is one of the only form-maker sites to add the form answers into a custom PDF.

Cons:

It's not really easy to set up a form. You have to switch to different locations to edit vs to add questions. And the edit function has a whole other "advanced" window.

Jotform is a MUST for any data you are asking people for!

Comments: One of the best tools in my toolbox. It really has made something I dreaded (begging students for their contact info) into something I don't think twice about. Now I set up a paper display with a QR code and students click & share so easily!

Pros:

The options of forms to create is amazing. Even with the free version. I'm a youth pastor & need an easy way to collect information in order to let students know about things that are coming up. Jotform allows me to have custom (4 different ministry connections) forms that i can easily send out to student s via a link or better yet, through a QR code that allows then to check-in & share their info without me having to ask.

Cons:

The only issue would be the max number of active forms with the free version. But that is it! Even with this "complaint" you can archive forms to use later without counting as one of your active forms. This works great for me as my forms are often based on the calendar. So, I can archive ones I'm currently done with, then reactivate them as needed throughout the year.

One of the Best Form Builders I've Ever Used!

Pros:

From a design standpoint: I like the drag and drop interface, I like the clean, professional designs of the forms (especially, the one-question at a time form view). From a functionality standpoint: I like that you can essentially set up a simple form within 5 minutes, I like the robust features, particularly the conditional logic which allows you to customize the next steps (i.e. next visible question, thank you/confirmation page, etc.) based on how people answer certain questions. And I haven't even really explored all of the features so I'm sure I will find more to like.

Cons:

I may be doing something wrong but I haven't been able to get workflow to do what I actually want it to do.

Solid way to capture client info

Comments: Overall I have been very happy with Jotform.

Pros:

I have used Jot Form for a variety of projects. I love how it can capture and sort information from prospective customers, employees and current customers so easy.

Cons:

As with all subscription based things, I don't love paying more for services than I have to. The pricing hasn't been bad though.

Good product, long time customers

Pros:

Ease of use, anybody in the company can use it, but it's also powerful enough to fulfill all out needs.

Cons:

The autosave is broken, frequently need to triple check that the form has saved, a manual button in addition to auto save would solve this. The fact you need to clear the form cache every now and again or the forms break also is bad.

Fantastic Form Builder

Comments: Great app, makes my life easier. It helps me with my organization and tracking QR code scans - plus many functions that allow you to customize forms to your exact needs.

Pros:

I love the app integration, how I can tie jotform in with other applications and link. As well as the option to add images and the user friendly nature of the forms. Also you can add multiple emails to receive reports & signatures.

Cons:

More of an issue with Zapier integration, but thats 3rd party. I find sometimes the Conditions function can be confusing but you get the hang of it after a while.

Excellent Uses

Comments: I enjoy using Jotforms. It has made reservations easy.

Pros:

I am able to create forms and add the correct parties who need to receive the responses as well as view the submissions. I like being able to add collaborators as well.

Cons:

Using Jotforms requires a learning curve and patience. Having to locate functions can be daunting at times but it's there.

Simple but useful.

Pros:

Unlimited forms and responses, and allow you to make changes on forms even after forms publication.

Cons:

They should improve and implement on AI feature.

Step up from Google Forms!

Comments: Jotform is a GREAT step up from Google Forms at an affordable price and a great intermediate between Google and Typeform. If you need a signature or to connect with Stripe, Jotform is a great choice!

Pros:

Jotform allows advanced automation and branching, signature, and purchases. We've been able to set up advanced forms that even allow for custom invoicing. Jotform has incredible customer support. They respond with screenshots and videos publically so that others can also gleam from your questions!

Cons:

Compared to Typeform, Jotform is harder to create branches and you do not have as much control of the design. You cannot create as advanced of automations.

Jotform is great for small businesses needing a response solution

Comments: My overall experience has been good. Their live chat support is great, and they have a support forum aswell.

Pros:

Jotform is by far the most advanced form builder in the market. You can customize elements, add custom HTML/CSS, integrate payments inside of forms, use webhooks and send email responses.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that HIPPA compliance is a paid feature.

User friendly customizable form tool.

Comments: I have used jot form for 2 years and it has been highly effective in obtaining form submissions. It is user friendly and can be accessed and is fully accessible to all respondents regardless of browser or email address. The ability to brand each form and customize them is one of the greatest benefits as compared to other similar products.

Made our informal processes compliant

Pros:

Jotform has helped formalised a few different processes that we have running in our stores where a contractual agreement and it being signed off is necessary. Previously we would have this in a more informal manner but we have had to change that for compliance reasons. More specifically, this helped us keep track of loan devices we provide by having the customer sign off on the agreement and the condition of the device prior to being handed over. The website builder is easy enough to use and responses/results are easy to share to other parties that need to view it. It was disappointing to find out that Microsoft Forms does not allow for a way to e-sign on forms but that was what drove the implementation of JotForm in our org. We also currently have it configured to integrate with Sharepoint so that the files are also being backed up there for an additional layer of redundancy.

Cons:

Nothing in particular, helped us formalise some key processes in our business.

Lifesaver and Easy

Comments: Cannot live without it! I literally use everyday!

Pros:

I like the functionality and ease in customization.

Cons:

If I forget to connect to Google Drive, when I do, I wish we could sync all data not just from when it was connected and going forward (I know there is the option to sync all data when connecting Google Sheets).

Fully recommend considering Jotform for coaches, practitioners etc

Pros:

It's super easy to use, has lots of templates so you don't have to start from scratch. Super adaptable, can replace squeeze pages or simple landing pages for paid events sign-ups. Looks super professional.

Cons:

For the free trial the number of forms is lower than I'd like. I think 10 would be more suitable, rather than 5. Also the paid submissions would be better put at 20 instead of 10 per month, that way, the cost of upgrading to paid Jotform would cover itself through the cashing in allowed by the platform in the free trial

Best option for simple use

Comments: The product is good. It's a very simple set up experience. If you just need something simple to solve some of your business problems this is a perfect solution. More complicated processes you'll need a different product.

Pros:

It is a very simple workflow solution or customer interaction platform.

Cons:

It didn't have a live pull feature to utilize API integrations and pull in information based on an entry.

Comments: Our experience with Jotform has been exceptional. Thanks to Jotform, we now have a very resourceful platform for creating all kind of forms that we need. Creating forms with Jotform requires no coding skills and this allows everyone to be able to create forms on their own without asking for assistance.

Pros:

Jotform has the simplest user working interface making it so effortless for us to create our forms. It has a very feature-rich form builder that allows us to create any type of form. Jotform no-code form builder uses drag and drop to create a form which makes it quick and possible for anyone to create a form. It has excellent analytics and reporting functions that allows us to analyze our forms data especially the survey forms. Jotform security is very good and ensure that all our data and form remain safe.

Cons:

We haven't had any upsets with Jotform to this point. It has served us right and we have nothing not to like.

No writing codes creating forms with Jotform.

Comments: It has been a very simple yet effective experience with Jotform and we are very impressed how everything has worked perfectly for us. It was so easy to learn how to use Jotform and it uses drag and drop form creation technology which is quicker and simply compared to writing codes.

Pros:

Jotform drag and drop form editor makes form creation very undemanding for us. The editor is very much loaded with premium form design tools that help craft very beautiful forms for almost every functionality. Jotform advanced security helps keep all forms and their data safe from any kind of security threats.

Cons:

Jotform has offered us everything we have needed to create forms and there has been no cons so far.

Jotform is effortlessly easy to use

Comments: My experience with Jotform has been excellent. It helped me to streamline data collection processes and manage responses efficiently.

I love how user-friendly Jotform is. easy to create and customize forms effortlessly with its drag-and-drop interface.

Cons:

The only downside is that the advanced features and higher submission limits come at a cost. For small projects or startups, the pricing can be a bit steep.

The true value of Jotform is its no-code form builder. It is very easy to use.

Comments: The overall experience with Jotform has been much more better than what we could imagine. It has helped us overcome all the hurdles we used to encounter when creating forms for our project work. Jotform form builder has great form design tools that makes our forms very stunning in design.

Pros:

With Jotform, it is easily possible to create a broad range of file types which is time saving compared to using different products for different forms. The form builder uses drag and drop form design technology with makes it easy to interact with. Jotform has comprehensive data security features which protect our information and forms from unauthorized access.

Cons:

Honestly there is nothing to like least about Jotform. All the features are satisfyingly very easy to use and responsive.

Jotform for Non-Profit/PTO

Comments: Overall, Jotform has helped our non-profit look more professional and many of our volunteers are able to request a form and we can have that link ready for them within the hour. It has helped us with organization and has helped increase our yearly donations.

Pros:

What we really love about Jotform is the ability to do customized forms, digital payments, and have a separate spreadsheet that collects all the form data. As a PTO our forms changed weekly and it was incredibly user friendly. We went from sending paper forms home to being able to send digital links with the instant ability to make a payment.

Cons:

I don't really see any cons to this software. We pay for the software but its a manageable price.

Jotform Saved Us Hours

Comments: Up until April this year I couldn't fault it. The issue with the billing and the old plan we were on has left a bit of a sour taste, however, the product itself is a no brainer and we recommend it to all web devs.

Pros:

As we are WP developers, there is always the issue of SMTP. Jotform solves this instantly. The quickness of deploying forms is impressive. The ability to have exactly the form fields we require is massive.

Cons:

The pricing modal. We've been Jotform users for literally years. We were on a grandfathered plan that we had enjoyed for years. All of a sudden, our form limits were exceeded and view limits were exceeded. To the point where all of our forms were stopped. Speaking to support was frustrating at the time, however, we did finally manage to come to a resolution and received a reduction in price for the silver package.

An efficient tool for creating forms and documents.

Comments: It has been a fruitful experience using Jotform for us. It provides us with one single tool for creating all our forms. It makes it easy to create forms for collecting customer details and feedback during sales.

Pros:

Jotform allows us to create any kind of form that we need without any restrictions. Creating forms is very easy and there are templates which guides us through it. Easy integration with our customer engagement product help us create survey and polling forms to collect customer feedback. It allows us to create beautiful forms by styling them.

Cons:

There has never been an issue in our experience with Jotform. All things works good and there is nothing not to like.

The best platform for making forms for the last 5 years

Comments: My experience was, I think, in 2020 in another account. I have several accounts. I had to open several accounts because in my small business I cannot pay all the dues for the year because I do not use the website daily. I have some work that comes two or three times a year and I use it for only a month, which has made me not pay.
Maybe later, if there is a lot of demand, I will buy an offer and try

There was a point where the Arabic language was not accepted, but I think the matter has been fixed Submissions, if you try to study the matter, add them to 200 or a little more I don't think there are any negatives because the platform is everything you are looking for, except for those who do not know how to use the platform
