Due to the nature of a counselling business, some clients often still want to contact us directly before booking but the basics are taken care of by the system and the easy pay payment tool has almost eliminated clients not turning up to booked sessions as they have already made payment. Im still learning how to do some things on the system as and when I need to. Fae from customer support has been absolutely brilliant and has replied really promtly and effectively when Ive had any problems/needed some help to navigate the system. I did look at others systems before I purchased this one and chose it mainly as it seemed the best one tailored to my line of business. It is embedded in my website and I'm really happy with it so far. > > **Cons**: It took a while to get to grips with some of the detailed parts of the system thats didnt seem obvious but customer service were very prompt and helpful when I've had questions about how to do this/resolve problems and now I know how everything works its straight forward. The expense is the main con but an unavoidable one whichever system you go with - easy pay takes a reasonable fee and also having to pay for extras such as extra employee log ins - particularly when starting up, the business is very small like mine and not that busy although there are lots of included extras which I appreciate and as the business grows it is more and more valuable to have this system in place.
