> **Pros**: Has always been easy enough to navigate through most features of Reckon One and learning any tricky sections by using the help tools available.

> **Cons**: Some features are still a bit restricted and complicated with both creating an invoice, but mostly attaching an invoice or receipt to a transaction "before" reconciling. Other programs allow you to simply drag and drop an invoice/receipt to a transaction, making it a lot faster to reconcile transactions rather than having to go back to attach the proof of purchase.

> Have been with Reckon One since 2017 and which allowed me to learn and run my profitable business with 6-8 employees. I believe it has all the functions most small businesses would need while saving a few dollars per month towards their business.

> **Pros**: It is a simple and cost effective book keeping and reporting software. It's great to access from anywhere and requires minimal prior knowledge to use.

> **Cons**: It can be a bit clunky at times and issues with ATO reporting time out a fair bit. Bank feeds can be delayed and linking transactions to payroll on Reckon fast coding doesn't seem to work very well. Same for BAS payments linking them to their respective accounts.
> 
> I'm overall happy with it and have no plans to leave, but there are some issues that come with a simple software.

> **Pros**: The value for money is good. I like the app as well to be able to check invoices on the go. I like that it will automatically send reminders to unpaid invoices. Having payroll and super all connected makes it easy and quick.

> **Cons**: Sometimes I find it hard to find the invoice I want and wish there was an easy search function to do this where i could search for any bill or invoice from any screen.
> 
> I transferred over from Quickbooks and while it's taken me a while to get my head around Reckon it has most of the functions I need for a small business at a much more affordable price.
