It is easy and faster to run reports and import information I need. It is also great for email campaigns. We were weary about switching all our communication to Keela, but it has done well for us. > > **Cons**: I do not like how I can not go back to the page I was previously on. On my donor management it always sends me to the beginning. I often have to open another tab to continue working. > > The overall experience has been great. We are able to do things we need to do. I love the forms section and communications to keep everything in one database. The donor management keeps everything where I need it. When inputting a manual donation you can not edit the data if you made a mistake. For example if I inputted the wrong date I can not change it when I did not issue a tax receipt. Tried to preform a donation summary report and the date produced was incorrect. Emailed customer service put have not received feedback > > I mainly use the donation portion of Keela so did not respond to the email marketing portion of Keela.
