> **Pros**: Incedo was an ideal hub to store/access individuals' care plans and necessary information. The training to onboard was helpful and the system became reliable as our users became familiar with the platform.  It is HIPAA compliant and the activity tracking feature is helpful. The treatment planning feature is its most valuable for our agency.

> **Cons**: Unfortunately, Incedo has become obsolete. It will no longer be able to function as a tool for care management. The program has limited capacity and lifespan.

> We all protested when Incedo first launched. However, it became a reliable option for care management. The treatment planning functionality and activity tracking were the most utilized features. We were disheartened when we were told that the program was obsolete and could not be upgraded to align with the new systems being launched related to Medicaid Transformation.
