> **Pros**: Its made life of civil engineers much easier, it not only helps create BOQ's it helps estimate bid price for tenders and projects. Hence the project construction contracts are based on the intial worksheets created by the software. Project cost flows can be created and monitored and helps regulate final costs of a project / projects. it also prepares progress payment certificates. Once i had worked on this software for a project it became much easier for me to work on the next and so on so forth. Once your targets and timeline is clear it make life of an engineer much simpler.
