Perfect for any graphic design experience level - even complete beginners!

Comments: I am a volunteer for a non-profit animal rescue organization. We had a very successful past year and had been looking for a way to visually show all of the data from it, but didn't quite know how. Before working with Visme, we had no idea how beneficial it would be to have this data visually represented in a beautiful infographic. The results were eye-catching, easy to read/interpret and perfect to share on both social media and in print. We were able to take a closer look at our metrics and determine specific data we should be keeping track of- and we will be able to use these findings as a benchmark for years to come. Thank you Visme, for providing a tool to not only create an aesthetically pleasing infographic, but a tool that opened our eyes to our own various analytics that we can monitor and share with our supporters.

Pros:

Visme is very easy to use, even for someone with no graphic design/technical experience. I created a stunning infographic to display all of my organization's "year in review statistics" without any frustration or confusion. I was able to create a proof of the design and export it to a JPEG file for review. When layout/aesthetic decisions were finalized, I purchased a membership to have access to down a PDF version of the design. I ended up sending the same PDF file to a local print shop where it was printed on a 24x36 foam board - which still appeared in the highest quality that was displayed in my browser. You can't have a high quality print without a high quality file to print from. The first of many great experiences!

Cons:

Although it was nice to be able to size the canvas based on a ratio of pixels, it would have been nice to have an additional or alternative a way to size the canvas based on inches/centimeters for easy printing. If there is in fact already a way to do this, I would recommend having the options associated with the 'canvas size' feature.

Most used tool for our business

Comments: Great product I will be using for the foreseeable future.

Pros:

innovative design tools that flow logically. I can have my employees use it with ease and very little learning curve.

Cons:

there seem to be some occasional glitches that can make working take longer than expected

A PowerPoint but online

Comments: Overall, the experience with Visme is not bad, but it is not pleasant either. If you have patience and do not need urgent things, then this is your tool.

Pros:

What I like most about Visme is the ability to put together presentations easily. It also has the benefit that multiple collaborators can edit at the same time. Another point in its favor is the ease of receiving support in case of possible problems.

Cons:

What I like least about visme is how slow it works, even if I use a laptop with an i7, 32 RAM and a graphics card it still works slow, its performance is very bad. Another negative point of Visme is the management of uploaded files, for example, if you want to download multiple PDF presentations you cannot, you have to download them 1 at a time. Also, if you want to clean your image file, you will have to be very patient, in our workspace we have more than 10 gigabytes of images loaded, and if you want to clean up old files, you will have to be very patient, as I mentioned before , the charging performance is very bad.

Customer service is the best available

Comments: So far very happy with the product. Would like pricing reduced.

Pros:

Early launches of new products that users can review and provide feedback on. Customer service is exceptional.

Cons:

Pricing is much higher than comparable products and have to buy multiple licences. Storage limits.

Great product for research dissemination

Comments: Overall great experience with Visme. We have used the product for 4 years, which had been a tremendous help disseminating our research products.

Pros:

Visme has a comprehensive library of predesigned templates (editable) in various formats. The templates can be used across different platforms and channels, and are compatible with other programs.

Cons:

There is a learning curving when using this product.

Visme is a fairly easy tool to use

Comments: Fairly easy and produces a decent presentation or graphic. Not to complicated to figure out. Better than using PowerPoint, providing a more polished, professional look.

Pros:

Intuitive for the most part, Visme offers templates and designs to help you get started or implement into your own designs.

Cons:

Sometimes I think there are bugs that make it difficult to maneuver in a document you are working in.

A great tool

Pros:

Collaboration tool and the support from the Visme team if needed is always second to none

Cons:

Some stability issues, and minor bugs which are being addressed and acknowledged by customer service

Cons:

It would be even better if it included the option to export projects to SVG format.

Flexibility and Fast Editing

Comments: 100% prefer Visme to any other graphics/editing software I have used.

Pros:

Ease of use - Cutting, pasting, resizing, image edits...Everything is intuitive and quick to change

Cons:

Occasional resizing glitches - Liked it better before the "AI" version of custom resizing was implemented

Visme for business presentations

Comments: good experience, should be improved with tools for visual descriptions of processes / sequences / activities I know these templates can be found or built, but a smartart-like tool would be ideal

Pros:

Ease to compose text blocks and images in the page, good overall aspect of the presentations

Cons:

No auto function to generate flowcharts (ms ppt smartart) Control bar that appears over the text you're editing Not always stable (crash)

Turning the team into a design crew

Comments: I like Visme, we have been using it for over 5 years at both work and church. This allows us to create graphics quickly and effectively. Project organization is amazing, and I love always having past work at my fingertips.

Pros:

The product needs little to know training and the outcome is professionally polished graphics.

Cons:

There is definitely a limit when it comes to detail work with photo and graphic editing, but for the price, it is a great value.

Look like a Graphic Designer

Comments: My overall experience is excellent. It's easy to use, and there are so many different pieces I can produce with Visme. I would recommend this to any NGO that doesn't have a budget for a full-time graphic designer.

Pros:

Visme allows me to make professional looking presentations, documents, and graphics. My colleagues think I'm a graphic designer, and it's thanks to this product.

Cons:

When you download versions that you may want to edit outside of the software, you'll encounter glitches. This is especially true of PPTs, though I'm not sure if these issues are Visme or Microsoft.

Visme is a very useful tool

Comments: Visme is a very useful program I suggest it for sure as an alternative and if you want to try something different by using the ''big name'' programs.
It take a little time for me to learn all the features of this program but since then I'm very satisfied.
I can complete several tasks with very big success.

Pros:

It is very useful for presentations. Have a big library and you can customize many features as you like. If you don't have any designs and templates you can find it here.

Cons:

Is not a very friendly for use program. Have unique designs to make your projects but comparing to other programs is a little bit poor the library.

Satisfied Long-time User

Comments: I purchased Visme from AppSumo several years ago. I travel the world and use the program with ease and speed. I am very thankful to have Visme in my toolbox.

Pros:

Visme is my go-to content creation tool for flyers and alternative presentation slides. I say "alternative" because I am often forced to use PowerPoint but desire slides that stand out from other presenters. The templates for flyers make it a breeze to create high-quality advertisements when I am in a hurry.

Cons:

For my use-case, the animations on slides I create in Visme do not always translate well to PowerPoint, but I have learned how to negotiate this when creating decks in Visme. Overall, I have nothing negative to say.

Visme Love

Comments: I truly love Visme. I pitch it to all my teams and we all love having it as a quick go to when we’re not feeling very creative.

Pros:

I love how user friendly it is. There are tons of templates to choose from and it’s so easy to find one that fits your needs. I can quickly find something and have a document put together for last minute presenations.

Cons:

There are so many templates!! It’s not really a con - but I get distracted easily. Lol

Good presentation tool

Pros:

Its like powerpoint but better, i use it mainly for presentations so its very handy

Cons:

The phone / iPad App annoys me. And not being able to resize the side panels

Functional Software

Pros:

Visme is great for creating and sharing presentations. It really excels there. All other features are mediocre but functional.

Cons:

The cost to utilize Visme to create and export courses.

They just want your money

Comments: I signed up for a one-year subscription. I used Visme for about a month and then decided I liked other platforms better. After a year, I got a notice that they had renewed my annual subscription. I responded and said I hadn't used the service in many months. I wanted to delete my account and asked to have my $297 refunded. They said that at the time I subscribed, I clicked a box agreeing to the terms and conditions, which included the automatic renewal. While I'm sure that's true, I forgot that I had done that a year earlier. Even though I don't use their service, they still want my money and won't provide a refund.

Pros:

I used the program for about a month. It was okay, but I decided I liked another service better.

Cons:

See below. I clicked a box when I first signed up allowing for automatic renewal a year later. I forgot that I did that. Even though I stopped using Visme long ago, they are enforcing the automatic renewal and won't provide a refund. Very scammy in my opinion.

How Visme helped me improve my presentations

Comments: Good, our clients liked the change and we had an improvement on the design and order of our presentations

Pros:

The data visualization and features they have for it. I was able to enable graphs from Google Looker Studio.

Cons:

The freedom to move and adapt some elements within the presentation (text, images, decors, etc.)

Great for Visual Data and Infographics

Comments: Overall, Visme was our best option to customize how we wanted our data graphics to look. Just using the image from Google Sheets was too small and you could only use the colors Google allowed. In Visme we were able to customize our color schemes and other options so that our graphics were more appealing and usable in our yearbook. The infographic templates were great as well. My students easily input the information to get a stunning graphic for the yearbook.

Pros:

Visme has been great for customizing Google Sheets data into graphics that I was able to use in our yearbook. My staff was able to easily use our theme color scheme, which wasn't an option in Google Sheets.

Cons:

There are only a limited amount of templates for free. The input of the data was a little more involved for a beginning user, but I am more tech savvy and could figure it out.

Visme...great product and easy to use!

Comments: I've had a great experience with Visme. The product is easy to use and I love the creativity that blooms every time I go through the templates! The resource tools are also great in that they are very easy to understand...there isn't anything that is too difficult to understand. I love using Visme!

Pros:

I really like the number of templates on the site and the ease of use of the product is wonderful!

Visme is Like Having a Graphic Designer on Your Staff!

Easy to create graphics and short videos for social media and presentations that look professional.

Comments: We often need infographics for marketing purposes or presentations. Visme provides all the tools and features we need to create and customize the content. It has a large collection of templates that you can use to create outstanding designs. The site is responsive and easy to navigate without and use when you have the basic understanding how it works

Pros:

I like Visme because it creates infographics we need for websites and marketing purposes. It can create presentations, social media graphics and videos to drive traffic. It has a rich library with attractive templates, icons, images, and colors so you can always find the resources you need for your inforgraphics or presentation.

Cons:

It requires some skills to make good use of it. Unless you have the skills or are ready to learn how it works, you might not make the most out of this tool. Some templates are not free so you might incur extra costs to make content that stand out.

Great assistant to start designing

Comments: I am a designer and responsible for marketing.
Our team uses the software daily and we were publishing promotions with designs that would never embarrass us.
Visme has been a great design assistant for us.

Pros:

There is usually always a template that meet my needs. Having images and creatives built into the platform without having to outsource it is a big plus.

Cons:

Not really anything I can think of, there's nothing I dislike for Visme.
