Good protection without slowing down computer

Pros:

Stops a lot of malware sites. Blocks malware popups and does not slow down the computer

Cons:

Easy to set up. Almost plug and play and does not ask for weird permissions

Comments: Features like vulnerability remediation, next-gen antivirus, browser security, remote desktop management, endpoint security and Identity and access management are quite beneficial to me. Great job.

Pros:

For many years, we had been looking for a solution that integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure and offer robust threat detection capabilities. A friend introduced me to ESET and my problem was solved. We have tested and implemented this cyber security software for years and it is excellent. Comes with AI powered insights and customizable dashboard.

Cons:

The only challenge I have seen is that new users may find it challenging to get accustomed to all the features which should improve with time.

ESET Nod32 to Endpoint Security

Pros:

It doesn't tire out my computer at all and can detect a lot of events.

Cons:

a traditionally based software, although new functions are being added.

Is it an Security?

Comments: Overall, if an inexperience user uses it, it is a basic program that can help them but it is still an okay program to have for security reasons

Comments: Super simple to set-up, upgrade and use.

Pros:

I get the most innovative technologies that predict, prevent and most importantly detects every threats in the system. It is quite up-to-date making it perfect for fighting latest cyber threats.

Cons:

Before I implemented ESET, my devices were getting slower and slower by the day. I can only point out improvements in my way of doing things.

Eset endpoint is a one stop shop product.

Comments: Have not had any major threats on equipment using this product. When there are threats to be concerned with, the alerting and ways of dealing with it are straight forward to a quick resolution.

Pros:

Scalability. Portal is easy to navigate and a lot of good information and reports at my fingertips.

Cons:

Initial setup was a little bit confusing but once all setup it's pretty much hands off.

Improved but still missing some features compared with others

Comments: It is an excellent option for companies with other security solutions for correlating security info (something like SIEM or MDR services) mainly for the excellent price-feature relation.

Pros:

Easy to use and implement, in the last two years it has been improved a lot, making it more suitable for enterprise use.

Cons:

It still lacks some features that other competitors have, like complete integration with other security solutions like firewalls, network security devices, etc.

Great Overall Endpoint Protection

Comments: Very good product, easy to setup and maintain. Online portal easy to use and well layed out. Most of our users are on thin clients and have profiles on the server. So very important for us to be able to catch stuff in real time but at the same time not have our system slowed to a crawl since everyone is technically using same processor and Ram power. Email security on our Exchange server also catches things weekly. Also get emails for tons of useful webinars to help us further the fight against malware.

Pros:

Very easy to setup and maintain. The online portal allows you to remove old devices very efficiently so you do not overuse licenses.

Cons:

We like everything about ESET as it does not slow the system down like previous endpoint product we used.

ESET - One of the best in the industry

Comments: Very positive. It is genuinely one of the best products in their sector.

Pros:

Very good product. Low impact to the endpoint being protected and always independently reviewed as one of the best products in terms of protecting against spam, false positives and phishing attacks

Cons:

Nothing. Great partner network to acquire the licesing.

Eset Antivirus

Pros:

It's a very light program, it doesn't tire the computer at all.

Cons:

Although new features are being added, traditional antivirus

ESET is the best

Comments: Has been a very good experience, easy to use and update and easy to install.

Pros:

I find ESET works very well for our company and we've used it for over seven years. It's affordable and it works very well. It's also much lighter and doesn't slow down our computers. We use it for our office computers and at home computers. It's nice having the added security (opens a secure window) when it detects something that needs higher security like opening a bank website.

Cons:

Not any cons I can think of honestly. We are a small studio of under 10 staff so it was great for us. If you are a large firm then one of the more established companies may be better for you.

Secure by Design

Comments: Antivirus software is non-negotiable, so anything that makes it easier to manage across a network is welcome. Having used Bit Defender and Sophos in the past, ESET Endpoint Security compares well. In terms of detection and security, they all tend to perform similarly, so the choice comes down to manageability - ESET works well in this respect.

Pros:

ESET Endpoint Security is a full-featured cloud-based security suite that monitors my Windows endpoints in real-time, allowing me to monitor them all remotely, wherever they are in the world. I like being able to control, update, reboot and monitor them from the comfort of my desk.

Cons:

Because it's so feature-rich, ESET Endpoint Security can be quite an involved deployment. Distributing the agent and applications to my endpoints using Active Directory was fairly tricky but once set up just works.

ESET has advanced features to provide several layers of security against malicious software

Comments: ESET monitors our devices effectively and keeps all potential threats away. It shows very few alerts or pop-ups and does not cause the computers to slow down. It is relatively easy to set up compared to its competitors. However, we experience some false positive notifications which might cause unnecessary panic.

Pros:

ESET has an intuitive design which makes it fairly easy to use without trouble. You can check the security status and customize the settings easily especially if you have basic understanding of the function of each security feature. It offers real-time monitoring and guards devices from viruses, malware, and other malicious apps. It updates regularly to capture emerging threats from different sources.

Cons:

Advanced settings might be complicated for non tech savvy users. If you want to enhance security for whatever reasons, you might need to involve a tech savvy person or take time to learn. It is relatively expensive and I'd appreciate if they reviewed the rates downwards.

The best among traditional antiviruses

Pros:

It has low hardware resource consumption, I have been using it for 10 years. Even though it is a traditional antivirus, it winks at EDRs with its various modules.

Cons:

I am generally satisfied. However, their prices are now high compared to traditional antiviruses.

ESET works wonders

Pros:

ESET Endpoint Security provides our users with the security we need.

Cons:

ESET administrator dashboard takes a bit to get used to but it's intuitive after knowing it well

Fast and effective security solution

Pros:

One huge plus ESET has over its competitors is the fact that its product is not resource-intensive. It doesn't interfere with your work while running in the background, which is very important to me. It includes some nice features as well, such as UEFI scanner to check your BIOS environment before booting your OS.

Cons:

I wish there were more customization options. Another thing that could be improved is the rate of false positives detected.

Reliable protection

Comments: ESET helps us keep our devices safe and does not slow them. It is relatively easy to use compared to other similar solutions. It serves its purpose despite a few false alerts.

Pros:

It protects devices from threats such as viruses, malware, and phishing. It rarely gives false alerts or disturbs you when working. I also like the control panel.

Cons:

Sometimes it seems too quiet you might think you don't have an active antivirus. Other times it gives false warnings, though not too common. Regardless, we are yet to experience any attacks with ESET in place.

Definetely worth to try.

Pros:

ESET Endpoint Security offers advanced antivirus technology, capable of detecting and eliminating a wide range of malware, including viruses, ransomware, Trojans, and spyware. It provides real-time scanning, proactive threat detection, and automatic updates to keep your systems secure.

Cons:

Not many things i can find right now but i can say may be UI.

Among the best EPP for a company

Comments: So far it has blocked hacking attempts by a group of citizens, it offsets its cost.

Pros:

The best thing is the perception of RAM and GPU consumption, it is low so it does not limit the actions and allows to continue with other activities.

Cons:

The cost is high, so it is aimed at large companies or public entities. It also requires an initial configuration with specialized labor, it is not intuitive at the beginning.

Great Antivirus, Gets the Job Done Right!

Comments: Great experience overall. If your PC is running slow or you think your computer is affected with viruses you must give this a try. 10/10 recommended.

Pros:

It's been more than a year since I got my hands on ESET Endpoint Security and I haven't looked back ever since. If you are someone who downloads a lot of files from internet at your work you definitely need this to keep your system secure from viruses. People who exchange media using Pendrives having this is a must! The best part about ESET is that it removes the viruses that sometimes products like Avast even fail to detect. My PC has been free from viruses ever since I installed this. The UI also looks cool and it will kinda remind you of Quick Heal's UI. With the increasing ransomware attacks, this software stands like your warrior and helps you to keep your data secure. Will recommend this to anyone who needs an antivirus!

Cons:

Something that I think ESET should work on is the pricing. I mean with so much competition in the market, they gotta offer lower prices to the businesses. In addition to this, sometimes using it make your Windows system slow and laggy when you are performing a full scan so that's an area where they can surely work on.

Comments: My Experience is pretty Satisficing as its ease to use and mange.

Its a good Reliable Anti Virus Security System With Easy To Access Dashboard. Its Fish out Rare Virus Which is good for our system. The main Difference Between ESET Security And Other Anti Virus Is that It Could Be Installed in Group Of network Computers

Cons:

Most common Drawback Of the end point security is Less good Behavior, It could be risky if employee give excess to external sources and forgot to update the software.

Eset security can take a little too long to load but other than that I haven’t had any issues using it.
