Day-to-day usability was strong, and the order management functionality held up well for our needs, making it straightforward to process and track orders without a steep learning curve for staff. > > **Cons**: The main gap was on the accounting side, Flight Commerce doesn't have a native accounting integration, so we had to bring in a third-party tool (Xero) to bridge that. It worked, but it added an extra layer of complexity and reconciliation effort that a built-in integration would have avoided. > > Our experience with Flight Commerce was a strongly positive one. The platform handled our day-to-day order management needs well and was easy for the team to pick up and use. What really set the experience apart, though, was the support , Doug and his team were consistently responsive and easy to work with, which made a real difference over the course of our time on the platform. The one area for improvement would be native accounting integration, since we had to layer in Xero separately to cover that gap.
