Its all online and accessible from ANYWHERE, keeps up with your clients, reminds you to lock them out, sends reminders on your behalf , emails clients, batch invoices, sends late reminders, auto adds late fees, reminds of next steps, takes various forms of payments, allows you to send emails and attachments, see a layout of your units that are vacant, and who is in them. I was told this would be implemented last year. Has it been done and have I just missed seeing it? > > It is easy to use for both us and for our customers. My customers are impressed that they can rent up online and have autopay enabled free of charge. I like it because it draws the right customers, those with decent credit, to our facility.
