> **Pros**: The thing we like most about iKnow is it's easy of use.  Also, the People App is fundamental to helping us lead, care for and help people.  The Teams App is great at helping us to create rotas and organise effectively our Sunday Services and events.  On the Finance side of things, we really do appreciate the ease by which iKnow facilitates giving by card, as well as helping us to collect Gift Aid from HMRC so quickly and easily.

> **Cons**: One of the things we find least helpful, is the lack of reporting.  There is some, but not enough that allows us to effectively "drill down" and analyse the data quickly enough.  Also, although the user interface is easy to use, in some places on the web browser, it can seem over complicated, and the process could be streamlined for speed.

> At LCC, we have been using iKnow for several years now and we are delighted with the software. It has had a significant impact in helping to simplify our church communication and administration, as well as in the empowering of leaders to lead and communicate with their own teams. As an organisation, they have been superb; always professional and always quick to respond to our questions, or with help as needed. I can fully endorse this product and organisation to you.

> **Pros**: Clear and obvious rota displays that allow volunteers to see exactly where they need to be on specific days. Being able to see activity from other teams within the Church allowing for better coordination and people management.

> **Cons**: Quite a bit of effort to set up and get used to but plain sailing once up and running.

> After an initial period of implementation iKnow has become an integrated part of Church life. Everybody involved in the various serve teams in Church is aware of the software and are getting into the habit of checking regularly for Information.

> **Cons**: Data is frequently lost or corrupted, including GDPR entries, which is a major concern.

> I think it is very telling that for a company that was established in 2002, there are only 2 reviews so far on this website. I have been employed in data entry since before PC's were invented, ie using mainframe computers. I have used data entry software for a multinational corporation, legal services, banking and local government, and iknow is by far the worst I have experienced for frequent crashing and data corruption. I have not found the support team at all helpful.

> I have been a user of iKnow for a long time and have seen it grow and develop. It is now a powerful tool for leaders and their teams. 

iKnow helps us to keep things organised and places the right people in the driving seat without compromising by giving too much information away.

I find that the weekly reports and the ability to see at a glance offerings, attendance and the like excellent.

The mobile app is amazing a really helps us to connect with people from their first week in church.

I highly recommend this system to all pastors and leaders.
