> I believe that this is one of the few vendors in this specific industry that assure the system changes along with client and industry needs. My organization had been using this system since the beginning and our loyalty will surely continue in the future, mostly because the system version that we're using now is very much improved technologically from the one we've started on many years ago. For me it is very important to be able to evaluate the organizational sustainability and integrate new industry practices and that is exactly what this microfinance system delivers to us as a client.

> I've noticed low resistance to change of our staff to the use of the new solution and everybody accepted the Aspekt Microfinance Software very fast, which is important to us to see that you don't have to be a tech savvy so that you can use it. From a technological standpoint, this solution enabled us to have higher control over our operations by implementing ongoing process improvements from the user interface. I'm recommending it to the companies who want to automate their back office operations and eliminate extensive IT-staff involvement in their daily operations.
