Our customer service rep was very responsive and we met regularly. > > **Cons**: They asked a lot of questions about content that I was not comfortable answering. We also canceled one week late and they billed us for an additional month after the poor results I felt that was poor > > The platform seemed okay but a bit slow. The content was not really good and they kept asking me to review and approve the content. We are not experienced in this so it was hard to give any quality feedback. We worked with Outbound Engine for approximately six months on a LinkedIn marketing campaign, but unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. Throughout the campaign, we were frequently asked to review and provide feedback on content. As a business owner, I hired a marketing company because LinkedIn marketing is not our area of expertise. I often wasn't sure what feedback I was supposed to provide or whether the content and strategy were appropriate. I expected more proactive guidance and expertise from their team rather than feeling like we needed to help direct the marketing ourselves. Most importantly, after approximately six months, the campaign generated zero new clients and no viable projects or meaningful opportunities for our business. I understand that marketing results are never guaranteed, but after investing six months into the program, I expected to see some measurable business results or at least qualified opportunities. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.We also cancelled a week late and they charged us for an extra month. I've only opted out of 2-3 campaigns over the past several years. > > **Cons**: I was not easily able to add multiple office locations and license numbers - I'm licensed in two states and the fields aren't really set up to allow for that.I was disappointed when the auto-sync contacts from gmail/LinkedIn feature went away. I'm not at all keeping up with adding new contacts into the system manually and don't want to upload a new csv and deal with duplicates and removing people who have opted out or that I don't want to communicate with.
