I don't like that someone has to be added as a document owner in order to make changes to the document. I am also noticing that Employee level users can't see things that I have assigned to them. I had to move them to a production level user in order for them to work on things that even they were the owner of. > > The onboarding and training with Isolocity has been awesome. Some issues were simply us misunderstanding something, I am not referring to those. I am referring to issues we shared with isolocity (to confirm it's not a mistake from us and to check if there is a solution). These technical issues are unreseloved: - We cannot download blank versions (uncompleted) of our Templates.
