There are quite a lot of choices when manually renewing or creating a membership, some of which isn't obvious the affect it could have when integrating with our Xero account. I just have to work closely with our finance manager to ensure we have followed the process and it is displaying correctly in Xero. Would prefer it wsa kept on their profile in a more user friendly way. Also find it quite slow and clunky.
