> **Pros**: The support team is the best out there. The AI features to kick off support make triage a breeze and then if you need any actual help, they’re always there to pick up the phone get on the chat. They’re not afraid of getting engaged quickly.

> **Cons**: Not as many integrations as I would like. I would’ve hoped to see Moore around training. CareGiver rewards AI scheduling things of that nature.

> **Cons**: When you need to add a reoccurring charge to a client invoice such as an admin fee. The system sends the client 2 invoices, one for hours the client has service and one for the admin fee. Not client friendly.

> Over all it has bee what we needed for this point in our business. It was easy to get started and now with FIN easier for me to get issues handled. I can get the answer to my question and not have wait on anyone to get back to me.
