Their customer service is unbeatable, the ease of integration with other vendors we use into TAI, and the fact that they are always up-to-date with the latest trends in Trucking/Tech, makes it a no-brainer to stay with Tai. Tai is very user-friendly. There is no other TMS system I would ever use. > > **Cons**: the limitation of reference numbers being synced with QuickBooks online Tai Software is a innovative TMS system with a lot of helpful user tools. It allows our customers to use one system to run their entire logistical needs.
