The features and performance of WellnessLiving have been well-received by my yoga studio. The design and comprehensive tools have improved operations, including online scheduling, payment processing, marketing, and customer relationship management. Clients love my user-friendly mobile app, which simplifies bookings and engagement. There has been a noticeable increase in efficiency and client satisfaction since implementing Wellness Living. Highly recommend!!!
Pros:
The platform's intuitive design makes it easy to navigate and master. Its clear layout and logical workflow prevent users from feeling overwhelmed, even when tackling complex tasks. The platform offers a wealth of functionality, providing everything needed to accomplish goals efficiently without needing additional software or workarounds.
Cons:
Customer service never picks up when I call, they call back and sometimes it takes a while to get a call back. Price has increased and hopefully no more increases.

"Do Not Recommend Whatsover"

It has not been pleasant. If you are reading this, find another CRM and marketing automation platform. This has little going for it with lack of trasnparency, lack of support, lack of API support.
Pros:
This has been a difficult experience trying to get a hold of anyone. I can't in good faith recommend this company for any of my clients.
Cons:
They took money but don't offer any support. I have numerous emails, I've reached on on their social media, I've never received an acknowledgement or any call backs.

"A company that listens"

I have been with wellnessliving for over 5 years now. They have done a great job at helping me thru the years to curtail the software to my business. When I need something to work differently, they have been really good about helping me make it work as expected or have worked diligently to get back to me with an answer so that I can move forward.
I would rate it 5 star and hopefully can again in the future, however, I’ve recently had a few issues with reaching tech support. I have been assured this is temporary and have to trust that their tech support has always been 5 star. Response a little slower than normal, however my issues have all been answered and resolved to 100% satisfaction.
Pros:
WL has a good overall product and thru the years constantly listens to their clientele and makes improvements. Historically tech support has been superior.
Cons:
I have recently had some issues with slow response from tech support, however, given my past experience, this is not normal for them. WL has contacted me and alleviated all of my concerns.

Pros:
My studio has used WellnessLiving since we opened in 2022. I love that it's a software that we can grow into. Customer service gets back to me quickly when I need it, and my students really enjoy our personalized app. It's great to have so many different ways for my students to book classes, rentals, and other services. I've recommended it to two of my other studio [sensitive content hidden] friends already!
Cons:
Some of the transactions or reports can be a bit clunky. All the information is available, but sometimes it doesn't feel super intuitive.

10/10 - There is not a platform that can compete with WL at the moment. We do not plan on switching to anyone else.
Pros:
Customer Support, innovativeness, regular updates and new features. Also - it's the best bang for your buck when it comes to client management and support. It's easy to schedule appointments, the interface is modern and sleek, and our customers data is secure.
Cons:
There are important features that I believe should be created over other features that are submitted via the requests.
