Relying on major platforms cost me so much money and I was locked into crazy contracts. With arsenal, I was able to generate 25 leads in one day on my first day and was able to sell a $900k equestrian property from the those leads. I also was able to generate leads for my commercial side of business and secured a buyer for a 7.8 million light industrial building. With arsenal I have reduced my marketing expenses to less than $1k when before I was spending well over $3500 while struggling to get quality leads. They are unable to integrate with your current platform/CRM. It is a small company that has not yet put thought into the details of the product and the user. Maybe given time they could overcome the problems - but as of now I would not recommend. > > Customer service does not listen - they did not give any solutions to current roadblocks in their system. They kept saying that the system works - however could not give directions and tried to blame other CRM's for their software problems. When I asked for a refund - due to the system not doing what was promised - it was denied, they kept payment for a system that didn't do as promised.
