Quick response to the customer

Comments: Sometimes when customers communicated through chat, they had to wait the time that the flow of conversations at the time required to be attended to. Since Tidio was implemented, they do not have to wait because the answers are automatic and are understandable, giving a solution to the question

Pros:

It has been a fabulous tool to be able to resolve customer queries through live chat much faster, many times without the need to transfer to an advisor. Frequently asked questions that are easy to answer are done by the AI, which reduces the flow of conversations. It helps improve the productivity of operators by being able to focus on more special cases that require more attention

Cons:

No, there is nothing to dislike about Tidio, the whole process has been fabulous, which benefits the company

The Tideo Chat Experience

Comments: It was good because I synced it to my computer, phone and tablet. I set it to notify me with a ding, so that in most circumstances I would know if someone needed assistance. It isn't an AI chat experience that answers general questions, so emails are used to communicate for all basic information as well as more detailed info.

Pros:

It helped me to communicate with my customers when I wasn't able to be online.

Cons:

It is a little difficult to use at first. The learning curve was lengthy for me. Also, I had computer security problems because I was using it with Wordpress and I didn't have a good security running. If using with Wordpress, security must be good and kept up to date. I later found a good free system that solved my problems.

A very stable and complete chat platform

Pros:

It's definitely easy to use and the way a novice user can quickly learn how to setup a chat and even a chatbot it's amazing. We just have to point our customers to Tidio and they do nearly everything themselves.

Cons:

Prices could eventually be a little bit nicer or the options included in a basic plan could be a little bit better. Other than that, I think there's not much to say.

Comments: I was searching for a software like this for quite a while. I can connect the chatbot feature on my Shopify website by entering a html code. It is very functional. I have converted many sales using this Chatbot.

Pros:

Tidio Chat is a virtual-based chat solution, which manage all your customer inquiries and other messages all in one place.

Cons:

There is no phone support. In most cases its vital to have a support representative available to answer any questions.

Pros:

A very simple signup and login process.Fast facilities, ease of use.No code required, very deliverable.

Cons:

There's quite a few tools to get through at the moment so haven't had the chance to fully analyse the downsides. Subscriptions are always a pain, but that comes with the software territory.l

Has good pricing and even better free seats for few users, I like the application as it provides notification for incoming chat, their new AI works perfectly well in creating auto responses basing on the knowledgebase

Cons:

Paying separately for every module is making the software expensive, they should consider a suite account that can combine all modules like marketing and customer communication

Tidio has unique features like canned responses that help me respond to clients faster than normal, as well the live typing context also helps me realize the client's issue faster for quicker responses. Overall, Tidio has fair pricing compared to other live chat software tool

Cons:

The mobile application does not sync up well with the desktop application and the mobile application, consumes a lot of phone battery much as you can optimize, it requires running in the background which drains a lot of battery

Comments: Overall Tidio is one of the finalist tools we shortlisted to go ahead, but it lost in a few specs and prices. if you want a free chat tool for your website you can go with it and for getting extra features and support you can upgrade.

Pros:

Easy to set up is the best part I liked with Tidio, 2nd its chat prompt, and 3rd is its chat widget look.

Cons:

The only thing i dislike is of its price it sometimes feels high-paid software.

Unfortunately, they do not offer refunds, even if you are not satisfied with their services.I recently requested a refund after realizing that Tidio wasn't the right fit for my needs, but I was informed that they have a strict no-refund policy. This was frustrating for me, and I don't want others to find themselves in the same situation.I understand that companies have policies in place, but I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority. If a product doesn't work out for a customer, they should have the option to receive a refund. It's just like when you buy something from a store, and it's not what you expected; you can return it and get a refund.So, if you're considering using Tidio, I recommend being aware of their refund policy before making a purchase. The widget and chat console have a sleek and straightforward design.

Good System with much potential

Comments: Tidio is a great system, that allows good function in the free version. the paid-version are a little bit expensiv (i am only in the process of setting up a company and money is ... :) )

Pros:

I like all contact forms in one place. Facebook, Instagram, Mail, Chat and the history of recurring visitors

Cons:

In the ticketsystem i need the ticketnumber in the auto-mail subject and mybe in the message-text too. a user defiend subject where also fine, and placeholder for example ticketnumber, date-time, name.
