> **Pros**: Empyrean Benefits have this amazing Manager Access Portal which i beleive no one in this HR industry can beat them. The previous HR Admin Portal was also goodbut this one is best so far.

> **Cons**: Its pretty good software but for a user like someone new to computer will have hard time to figure out couple of stuff and ending calling customer service for benefits change or elections. Hopefully the management will takecare of this little issue.

> Its a pretty good employee benefits portal with one stop solution. I would recommend this to new large or small scale customers to give Empyrean a try and see if their solutions works best for you.
