The fact that we have to replace perfectly good equipment with new expensive equipment when we upgrade to newer versions. I also do not think it is good business for CAKE to not have any local support. A customer should not have to be responsible for being tech savvy to the level you are required to be in order to install new equipment. > > In general we have always like CAKE. It is a serious pain though whenever we upgrade.
