"There are Better CRM/ATS Platforms Available"

We used it for about a year before finding a better tool for our team. Once we started using our new tool, it was hard to look back at Bullhorn with fondness. We realized that recruiting was made more difficult by Bullhorn than it should have been.
Pros:
I thought it was easy to understand how to use the product.
Cons:
Bullhorn required double entry and had workflows that were clunky and made efficiency tough to achieve.

Was overall positive. It gives a very good overview for client and candidate tracking.
Pros:
Very good applicant / client tracking. Very transparent. Helpfull features to keep track of KPIs. Easy integration with third party apps.
Cons:
The loading times can be quite slow on the app. Customer support can sometimes take quite a while to respond to you.

Bullhorn is a great CRM system, it's easy to learn and use and it has served us well so far. Our staff have picked it up easily however the odd technical glitch can be quite frustrating.
Pros:
I like that the contacts, clients and candidates can all link up so you can keep track of everything and i love how you can track your recruitment process as it's happening.
Cons:
We have had a couple of issues with latency in the past which has been time consuming. A lot of this happened when Bullhorn transitioned to the S Release

Pros:
Very easy to use, no issues at all. Easy to keep track of my consultants using tearsheets. Lots of information on clients, consultants and job orders.

We used bullhorn for a limited period of time but ended up switching to a different ats due to the no Japanese integrations and other CRMS had better pricing and features.
Pros:
Decent ATS with necessary info for candidate tracking.
Cons:
No Japanese integration, other CRMS have better pricing and features
