> **Pros**: Sendio blocks spam and requires senders to confirm their email address before automatically bypassing the Sendio filters.

> **Cons**: Sendio blocks spam and a whole lot of other emails.  While this might be nice at first, I quickly realized that emails were getting stuck in Sendio for days or weeks at a time because the email sometimes doesn't get passed along in the daily report.  This makes for some crabby vendors or missed opportunity because emails get "lost"

> When my company started using Sendio 5 years ago, Sendio was all about staying a head of the competition. They would setup user meeting to discuss the product and ask for input on how to improve. Sendio 5 years ago was awesome, with an amazing support team. That didn't last long though. Sendio 2015 forward is stagnant. It has been over a year since I have seen a product update, over 2 years since I have seen new features added. 2 years ago I asked what their plans were for moving past flash, response was within a year they would have a new UI. We are still on a flash based user interface, and it only causes issues with browsers that disable flash by default. The responses I get from support for any kind of bug or feature issues are not promising either. If it wasn't for the unparalleled control and Spam filtering that Sendio gives us, we would have moved away from the product a while ago. The main feature of Sendio, opt-in mailbox, works extremely well. As long as you have employees that understand how it functions, Sendio is awesome, UI and Support aside.
