> **Pros**: TicketLeap is very easy to manage. It's easy to build events with custom settings that you can save as pre-sets for future events.  You can track response rates and analyze data across events.  It is easy to see trends\!

> **Cons**: We have heard from customers that they have experienced bugs where the website just glitches and can't process a request.  It's not very often but we definitely recognize that it is an issue.

> They were very easy to implement and with the robust online help offerings we really haven't needed customer support. Additionally, it is easy to save settings for future events.

> After many years of using paper tickets and processing manually, it was a freeing experience to let TicketLeap do the work for my nonprofit. Older patrons took a while to learn how to purchase online instead of through the mail. When we needed more features, we moved to a paid system.
