> **Pros**: TicketLeap is easy to use, they manage the event from the very beginning with ease. I didn’t have to worry about tickets and price discounts because I could make various ones for the price I chose. Every person was able to understand the products they purchased with the description feature. I was even able to refund a ticket because of last minute changes\! At the conclusion of the event I was given a breakdown of ticket sales. I would definitely use them again.

> **Cons**: I don’t have a con about using TicketLeap. I was able to use them with ease, I didn’t have to personally sell tickets to individual people and keep up with the cash, and I don’t have any paper trails to handle. All pros\!

> **Pros**: I like how easy it is to use. The layout is really clear cut and mostly intuitive. Event management is a breeze: I have not used the seating arrangements though. It is an affordable product that our members do not struggle with using. 
We like that we can customize fees for every event: con is that we can not setup a generic fee or payout for the organization.

> **Cons**: Some of the reporting can be cumbersome and doesn't always meet my needs. However, whenever I have needed custom reports I have reached out to customer support and they are super responsive always willing to create a custom report.
> 
> We are really happy with it. For an event ticketing platform there are little bugs and no issues that have created a sense of dissatisfaction.
