- Helpful in tracking all the expenses of the organization
- In built booking engine to book flights, hotels, cabs etc. containing all possible options for booking
- Easy to upload the snapshots of the bills in the evault which can be produce at the time of reimbursement
- Global accessibility
- Customized report of individual and organizational expenses

Cons
- No reimbursement can be claimed without uploading proper bill
- The approver/admin has to actively use the tool everytime
- Lot of steps to follow to approve extra budget for expenses by using the tool
