We've now had to rebuild literally dozens of videos (and all associated assets, clips, motion graphics, thumbnails, sound files, etc.) from scratch requiring several hundred extra hours of work. We also appear to have lost 2-3 remaining years on our pre-paid enterprise license. The most frustrating part has been the inability to reach anyone for an explanation or clarity as to what's going on. Many places on Goggle still make it appear that they are in business and available for purchase. Also, the text-to-speech function is brilliant, because it has the best natural voices to be able to make quite realistic videos. I have saved a lot of time creating short videos with these Premium voices.I consider that the support is receptive; the times that I have contacted them they have responded, not immediately, but I have had a response between 1 and 2 days. I like that you can edit long videos, like for tutorials or courses, that adds extra value. > > **Cons**: I've used Moovly many times, and I constantly run into glitches.
