When searching for projects in the "search bar", it leaves very little room for error. If you misspell a clients name, or leave out the middle initial it will not suggest projects with similar names. They do not have any templates and do not help with setting up the system to work for you. The company should be ashamed of itself for the quality and hte customer support. > > **Cons**: 1) Difficult to use 2) AI is horrible 3) You have to apy to learn it and getting help after you pay $750 for an hour's worth of help you don't get support 3) I aske dor a month to month license and stupidly didnt ccheck to make sure it was correct and now I am builed monthly for this terrible product that was so difficult to use and ws not helpful for immigration cases. 4) I tried to get out of the contract but htey didnt care and I am stuck with a bill every month for a horrific product.
