The pricing was also good compared to other competitors. > > **Cons**: I was never able to have my contest page set up because the forms on each of 3 webpages we tried to submit were broken and never went through. We had to reach out to the support team at least four separate times to have them manually submit the info on their end. Their website says it takes 1-2 business days to set up a contest, and we tried for 7 days to set up the contest before requesting a refund for our set-up fee because we had to switch to another platform so we could get the fundraiser off the ground. They refused to refund the set-up fee because they said they had set up a page and spent 2 hours of support time with us. The page they set up for us was not at all functional and literally only contained our organization's name and contact info--no details about the contest or ways to submit or donate.
