> **Pros**: I love that my agenda and minutes are literally all in one place--writing notes directly onto the agenda really cuts down on editing time and the turn-around time for getting minutes out to staff and our Board of Directors.

I know that you can link documents to agenda, but if there was a Resource section, then I could house everything on MeetingKing and my Board wouldn't have to use another software for storing meeting minutes and other BOD-related documents.

> Our experience has been very positive. I have used MeetingKing exclusively for all of our BOD, Executive Team and Management Council meeting agendas and minutes for years now.
