It can be tailored very easily to our needs it deals with payment records and also works as an email system that can be tailored to filter emails to a specific group. overall we are delighted especially with the value for money it gives compared with the labour saving and reduction in paperwork it has brought about. Some of the terminology in some of the settings takes a little while to understand the true functionality but any support questions we have raised have been answered very quickly and have resolved the problems promptly. The sliding scale of cost packages is great as we were able to set it up with a minimum number of records and tailor the set up before we went live with it. This can make it look as if your members are being redirected just when you are asking them to part with their money. We used Google sites (free) and linked this database to provide a seamless solution.
